Returns & Exchanges: 

• You can request for an exchange for new, unworn, unwashed, or unused items within 1 week of receiving your order. 
• Some exceptions may apply, such as perishable goods or custom-made items. These will be clearly marked on the product page. 

Exchanges: 

• Looking for a different size, color, or style? We offer exchanges for any item within 1 week of receiving your order (specify your exchange window). Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

Return & Exchange Process: 

1. Submit your request: Initiate your return or exchange request within 1 week of receiving your order by contacting us via Whatsapp : +23058060102 or email us on customer@iletek.shop. 

• Once your exchange request has been approved, if your desired exchange item is in stock, we will process it immediately and send it out to you free of charge. In the case of a price difference between the original item and the exchange item. 

Additional Information: 

• We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse a return/exchange if the item shows signs of wear or if the 1-week timeframe for submitting a request has been exceeded. 
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return/exchange is due to our error.
